A coherent communications strategy that reflects your values is vital to reaching and persuading your audience. I work closely with your team to help you refine your objectives and develop short, medium, and long-term goals. Whether you need to refine your approach to internal communications or address external clients and markets, my job is to ensure that you are heard and trusted. I also handle media crisis management.

 My experience of over 18 years in current affairs at CBC and Radio-Canada and 20 advising clients give me a good sense of approaches that work and those that don’t.

  • BDC – training HR executives on more effective internal communications with stakeholders
  • United Technologies Aerospace Systems – developing a new mission statement and values for a post-merger acquisition to ensure team cohesion and employee empowerment
